Toyota Prius and Monopoly

Toyota Prius

The Toyota Prius, the hottest hybrid car on the road now is a Monopoly piece. The world domination has begun. You know your product has made it when you become a part of Monopoly.

It couldn’t have happened to a better car! My parents drive one and I get to drive it every so often. Not as much power as my car but still enough to get around town.

Should I lease

This article offers 16 questions and if you answer 8 or more of the questions “yes”, then leasing is for you. Sure I guess. But let’s look at what leasing is, you are renting a car because you can not afford to buy it or you have lots of money and you don’t want to take the hit on depreciation and always want a new car in the drive way.

If you are guy number two I am not talking about you. Guy number one, you should buy a car you can afford instead of renting a life style. Plain and simple! Wait until you are guy number two and can afford any car you want.
However I am sure most of you will not listen to me and you will want the best car you can’t afford and will go right ahead and sign the lease papers. Well when you are done with the lease and you have paid the finance company $30,000 plus dollars by the end of the lease and you have nothing to show for it, then you will really have to ask yourself was it wroth it?

My guess is only time will tell.

Lease vs buying a new car. How do you know which option is right for you? Which will put you in the car that you desire for a price that is reasonable? Before you decide whether you should consider car leasing or buying ask yourself the following questions.

How to defeat red light cameras

I found this cool litle website today. has anyone tired it/ If so let us know if it works?

Foreman, owner of Eastover Auto Supply in Oxon Hill, also coated the plates of his eight delivery trucks. He says they previously drew $1,200 in photo-radar fines but none since the application. And he has had no complaints from customers who have bought about 700 cans of the spray at his shop. “If it didn’t work, we would’ve heard about it,” he says.Furman Eldridge of Cheverly bought PhotoBlocker a year ago as “a defense mechanism.” He has enough faith in it that he says he gave a can to his pastor.”I’ve always been a law-abiding citizen,” he says. “You don’t want people speeding, but I don’t think it should flash you if you’re just going five miles over the limit.”

Car Dealer Tricks

Is it time to buy a new car? If so like many Americans you are not looking forward to the experience. iit’s probably on par with going to the dentist.

Not all salesmen, finance and insurance managers, and dealerships are financial vampires — or doing anything illegal. “For the most part, 95 percent of time, they’re not unscrupulous,” says David Thomas, editor at Cars.com. The salesmen, he contends, are just trying to earn their commissions.

Yeah right! 95% are honest? Not sure what planet he is living on but it must me a nice one…

He does say: “Buying a new car can feel like walking through a field of landmines. With three major pits of profits for the dealership — the new car price, the trade-in and the financing — it’s easy to walk right into a money trap.

I agree with this at least.

He also states that before you go on the lot you should do your research around your car. I agree with this as well.
